I get it. Just like the joint (USA and Israel) ops currently in Iran.Joint military operations with Ecuador, to be accurate.
This is not like another Venezuela or Iran situation. I'm just saying.
I'm willing to give him some latitude. This is a dangerous game. Trump said he would get us out of wars and seems to not be so true. I get this isn’t a war but anything we do could turn into one. I support the mission of ridding the states of drugs but that’s a lofty goal and costly. Where are we better off putting our money? Skirmishes like this or at the boarder crossings? I’m no expert but it seems like we are involved all over the place these days and it doesn’t look good.
Kristi noem? Because that worked out so well in her previous position.Trump just created the ACCC...............American Cartel Control Commission, under the American Shield ACT, with Kristi Nome as Director.
Sovereign US territory? Really? How may Pilgrims settled there and gave the Iranians small pox?I'm willing to give him some latitude.
Venezuela certainly didn't turn into some major entanglement.
If he manages to prosecute the others in a similar manner we'll be far better off.
The reason we end up with messes like Afghanistan and Vietnam is because our leaders want to use the military to apply diplomatic pressure to gain advantages with our enemies in endless negotiations.
Trump seems to use them to destroy our enemies as quickly and efficiently as possible.
He's not following the Johnson/Bush/Clinton/Obama/Biden plan of "trying to get them back to the negotiating table".
He is demanding unconditional surrender.
He isn't playing ROE games to try to influence Iranian leadership. He has directed the military to eliminate Iran's ability to wage war, period.
If we're still fighting Iran by summer, then I'll re-evaluate, but if it goes like Venezuela, then I'll call it an unmitigated success. If the US embassy in Tehran is re-opened, then he should get credit
For ending a 47 year war and reclaiming sovereign US territory that was stolen under Carter.
At what point does Military Policing Actions become "war"?This is a dangerous game. Trump said he would get us out of wars and seems to not be so true. Take what we can when we can. If Mexico is going to be difficult leave them to last. Take out any groups in other countries that Mexico/Mexican Cartels can call on as allies.Sounds doable but they need Mexico on board and that isn't going to happen as long as that communist whore runs things. Like all commies she thinks the cartel's are useful (idiots) in furtherance of her Marxist goals and will permanently erase them when she has achieved them totality like history has shown us time and time again.

also this—Why can the US “own” land but we can’t? Don’t pay your property tax and see who owns it.
The legitimate Iranian government gave us territory to build an embassy.
Then the islamist terrorists took it by force and held all the American diplomats and staff there hostage for a year and a half.
It was a pretty big deal.
I get your point, but what you seem not to be aware of is every Country that agrees to Diplomatic Relations, offers a parcel of Property for said Country to build an Embassy which becomes the Sovereign Territory of that Country, along with that comes Diplomatic Immunity. Ambassadors are the "messenger" (Historically protected since before Biblical times) between those two Governments as well as a life line to Citizens of their respective Lands.Sovereign US territory? Really? How may Pilgrims settled there and gave the Iranians small pox?
