Actually, for these the belts don't feed the ammo into the chamber so they aren't an "ammunition feeding device", they feed it into a delinker, and the delinker holds less than 10 rounds (at a time) and it feeds them into the chamber.

Maybe we have found a loophole in the SAFE act ?
