for new law in Minnesota Statutes, chapter 624.

No, but it's apparent that SCOTUS has NO TEETH! And the States KNOW it!
But cry a river... Not! There are FREE States... Like the one I'm lying in bed right now typing this message from. I can go to the LGS once the open in a few hours and buy whatever I want. No Teflon coated bullets and ClassIII has its waiting periods, etc. But nothing else, just go and buy, and take it home! 15, 30 round mags, a few thousand rounds of ammo, a few evil looking semi auto rifles, fill out the paperwork and take home a new pistola as well.

SCOTUS has teeth, as long as the 2A is still around. They could release a statement and call for the people to take their government back from traitors.
The question is whether they have the balls to ever use it or not.
