What I wonder is what they were doing to get pulled over. You almost have to WANT to be pulled over for it to happen, at least around roc. State troopers don’t even do much but sit in the median while people zoom by at +15.

Dunno. The guys in the burbs tend to do that, NYSP seems as aloof as RPD does. I haven’t seen many people pulled over, and I also see repeated violations right in front of them which they repeatedly and regularly let pass. In this light, I feel like this pair had to have already been actin’ a fool.
