GOSHEN – A Newburgh man faces up to 15 years in state prison when sentenced in April after a jury found him guilty of criminal possession of a weapon.

Except that your Law banning the possession and carrying of a handgun are a direct infringement on our 2nd Amendment Rights and, as such, is not a valid Law.

Now we get to the crux of the matter. It isn't that he possessed one, at least not in my opinion, but that he behaved in a reckless and dangerous fashion with it.
so charge him for his recklessness and leave the Rights alone.

But you can't do that, can you, Mr. Hoovler. You have to be part of the anti-American coup being waged at this very moment.
