Looking to buy a nice mid to high end 30-06 rifle. Something like a browning x bolt or equivalent, in stainless with a muzzle brake. With or without glass. Located in Saratoga but willing to travel a couple hours in any direction. Please let me know if you have something available.

Albany Gun Show is coming up in January: might be a good place to shop.
The Brownings are nice, selections and options are available.
I recommend going to a "Browning Dealer" as they often have or can get Rifles that other Dealers have difficulty with and higher price structures.

The Vanguards are made by Howa of Japan and have been for decades, less expensive and not as sleek as the Mark V.
Steyr Safe Bolt's are nice, and their Headquarters in Alabama has them and Merkel's Firearms

BAR in 30-06, Leupold scope (exc+), never been hunted, would take something special in trade to get it. NFS, trade only along the lines of 71 or 86 Win (no repro's), Colt Python or early production high conditon US marked 1911.

I have a really nice Remington 700 BDL I have been thinking of selling. My Dad bought it new in 86 it was top of the line then and it's been a safe queen since he past 23 years ago. And I'm in northern Saratoga County.
