I'm sure you've all heard about this decision that will be appealed. One interesting note was the video dissent by one of the judges. Unusual but interesting to watch.

Where it will sit for YEARS before it is actually heard, if it ever DOES get heard.
I hold no hope the Stagnant Court will actually do anything again. I think they got warned after Bruen, and those who are compromised probably threatened.

I’m shocked the 9th didn’t give California citizens 30-round mags. Of course this is a joke. I hope it makes its way to the SC quickly but then again I’m realistic like the comment above. Maybe 10 years from now we will hear something when I’m about dead.
