this is dealing with a informant who was wearing a wire and helping LEO ... then got arrested and charged with a pistol and only one round in the gun to protect himself after getting not one but 2 beatings even after moving to a new home ..

this goes to show that if your out in public you have a RIGHT to have a GUN .. felon or not ..
