As long as it is acceptable for SC Judges to rule based on their feelings and beliefs, we the people will always loose. Force the rulings on logic and law and we do not need a Supreme Court.

I believe that Ginsburg could go tits up tomorrow, and instead of getting a bunch of favorable rulings 5-3, that Roberts would vote with the libs just keep it "even" until a new justice was appointed. That way, any 4-4 votes would not set a precedent, and would screw the one side as well.

Roberts cannot be trusted. Period.
