I also have no doubt that he will file for some benefits while he goes home to Idaho and hangs out with his anti American valued mommy and daddy. Hell, it wouldn't surprise me if he tries to wear his uniform and go march in the July 4th parade next year... (Or with a DD, isn't he prohibited from ever wearing it again?)

Hopefully, he ventures into a bar someday; gets into a discussion about what's wrong with American values, - and gets the living shit kicked out of him by a veteran or two in the bar. I am equally disgusted that he has received no time in prison. WTF!

Maybe Trump could order that dumb fucking judge to be transferred to some horrible military post somewhere...

They should do it old school, march him, in full class A uniform, to the main gate, rip from his tunic all awards and decorations, cut or rip from his uniform any and everything that represents the army, throw his dishonorable discharge just outside the gate and tell him to get the fuck out! And pick up his trash.

I hate to sound like some old guy, BUT, back when I was in, they washed to complete fuck ups out during boot camp, and sent them home before they could screw up big time. Now? I hate to think where we're headed. Next, we'll be sending them out to fight with an M-16 and their favorite Webkinz toy and pj's with footies. Maybe a Barney imprinted sleeping bag too...

No one had any interest in Hitlerys books either and look at the Cuomo book deal, yet she at least made millions off it. I think there are people like Soros that will pay big money to have these books published to further their own ends. Find the right ghost writer and he can make Bergdahl look like some kind of new age social justice warrior being persecuted by the Trump machine, and our vaunted left wing media will pay for the talk show tour.

I don't see a lot of long term interest in this guy. He wasn't anybody's hero - just a delusional jerk who's poor choices got people killed. I don't see the left supporting him. Maybe that's just wishful thinking though.

In any case, I don't think he's going to be able to afford a body guard for too long. And he won't be flying on private planes. There are going to be a lot of people who see him walking around who will want a piece of him, and there will be plenty of opportunities for that to happen. He's either going to live like a hermit, or he's going to get used to getting his ass handed to him on a regular basis.
