DONE NY compliant M1A Socom 16

Selling my NY compliant Springfield Armory Socom 16. Has a fixed magazine (done by the firing pin). Has a M14 sling, magpul angled forgrip, and rubber length of pull extender. Comes with a surplus 30 cal ammo can, 30 rounds of Winchester white box 7.62x51 nato on 5 round M14 stripper clips, with 24 extra stripper clips. I’ve put about 600 rounds of Winchester and PPU 7.62x51 NATO thru it. All sales must go thru an FFL. I am located in Erie county. I use the firing pin in Bergen as my FFL, so if you meet there for transfer I will cover the transfer fee. Asking $1400 or best offer.

I’m looking to get rid of it because it doesn’t really do much for me, and I’m looking to get either a Kriss vector, a tavor or a bushmaster ACR.

Has a gas block with muzzle brake. When it was purchased I was told that muzzle brake and detachable mag on semi auto was no go

You are correct - they are a no go. I'm wondering how you are planning to get a Vector or ACR here, what modifications are you planning to make?

ACR would be fixed magazine and vector would have fixed stock with a California type fin wrap permanently attached to the grip
