Well I didn't partake in any programs.....and I AM raising rents, so they can just fuck off.

I haven't taken a dime. Had no desire for any type of assistance.

I am not raising my tenants rent. She pays on time, like clockwork. She is a great tenant and good people.

How could I?

This is why givebacks don't work. We have to break free of handouts like @Carlos Hathcock and not take the money, and also not give the money. We need to start telling big gov we will do it ourselves, and we will fix our own roads, our own pipes, and our own problems. That takes away their power. The money is where the power is.
