I heard recently anything under $10,000 they aren’t even bothering with from some one who works in fraud department there.

Yep they say I owe 1200. When it first started last spring and my business was shut down cuomo said here is 600 to hold you over till your unemployment kicks in. And 2 months later when still no unemployment received he did the same thing. He announced that the feds would payback nys for these two 600 payments. Well the feds didn’t so now he wants the money back
