Anyone have any good experiences with glock rebuild kits? Manufactures?
I want to rebuild mine when the time comes and with the way shit is going, I want to have parts for them as well. thx

Why not buy just all factory new parts..

Or even find a local glock armorer, and have them do a once over on your gun..

Can also for the cost of shipping and I think like $80 send it to glock themselves and they will go completely over your glock and replace everything (minus the slide and frame, but they can do that as well for the right price)

All great answers. I still want parts for the future. There is a balance between cost and real operational integrity. The most expensive doesn't always mean the best.

I think everyone should be stocking up on parts to keep their stuff operational in the face of future laws and restrictions. You should learn to work on your own stuff as well.

My parts supply will far outlast my ammo supply for virtually all my guns.

I suspect this is true even for most people who don't keep spares on hand.

You probably don't need spare anything if all you've got is a couple thousand rounds.

If your gun has any significant chance of a breakage in the next couple thousand rounds, you need to fix that problem, not just stock more parts.

I believe they're Gen 2. Probably 60k through both 19 qnd 23. Shot a lot of IDPA stuff in the 90's. Took a long break raising a family so maybe another thousand rounds a year after that lol. Another thousand last year. Haven't broken yet lol

Both are still going strong and accuracy is easily combat effective. I did install a lazermax on one of them so that recoil spring is not factory.

Handling newer glocks I can tell mine will need an overhaul. Lol
