Why did it take the second cop so long? Was he in the car that the dash cam was from,or just arrived later in a second car? Why was his weapon still holstered as approached the car with her definitely in distress. Several seconds lost in response time as he assessed the scene and pulled his weapon to fire. Could have turned out much differently, I think they really got lucky.
You can see on video he came from a second car at about 1:00 mark. Also at end of video if you look at shadow on lower right of screen it seems another vehicle just pulled up and LEO exiting vehicle.

I won't say it has never happened, of course. I will say I cannot for the life of me remember ever seeing any other cop (most of whom are male) squeal like that. Abject fear, sure, but she just totally went hysterical.
I agree with you 100%. Her response to that situation tells me shes not cut out to be a cop.
Yup, far worse than the many I’ve dealt with who are incapable but at least attempt action. This example is horrifying. She’s completely unfit to be a cop.
