Ontario Co. brother and sister charged after 'accidental shooting'

Shortsville, N.Y. - Ontario County Sheriff's deputies are investigating a shooting where they believe a woman accidentally injured her boyfriend.

But, deputies also said the woman's brother used the same shotgun to repeatedly strike the victim in the head.

yeah.. something does not sound right with this....first I accidentally shot me boyfren....then my brother beat em up cuz he was in the way...
