Update Peekskill police have made an arrest in connection with a shots fired incident last Friday. Police responded to the 900 block of Main Street. Quincy Williams was arrested Tuesday. Authorities say Williams began firing during an altercation that started inside Ofori's World Cuisine. There were no injuries.
