Where did this actually happen? Mamakating or Neversink? Was the trooper headed somewhere else and forgot they just made an arrest? So many questions. They should have just returned him to PA.
Was the gun legal for him to carry in PA? Was he lost? PA is only 15min down the road. Not that it matters.
