Picked up a Buffet of Walthers Today

I don't like that gaudy PDP marked backplate btw.

Honestly the PDP looks ugly as hell to me.

I did also read something along the lines that the compact and full size frames can use both the compact and full size slides interchangeably.

Yes, the interchangeability is good.

Looks? Meh. The grips look better than the PPQ. They are taken from the Q5 Match SF. The bowed out areas for the serrations are a pass. I like the Walther logo in the middle like that though. I wouldn't discount it for looks. It's just not a must have atm.

Seems very "meh." I'll probably get one, but what does it offer? Luckily lots of parts seem to be interchangeable with the PPQ. I will get a Q5 Match SF before that.

The grip texture seems pretty neat. That's not gonna get me to buy one though.

I find all the modern Walthers ugly except the PPQ Q5 Match. I love how they shoot though.

This one is called the billboarded one. I wanted that one.

Like if I got another Desert Eagle that was not NY gimped I'd get gold tiger striped.

They have never tickled my fancy. I still get a decent deal from Walther, maybe some day I will grab one up.

Try on P99, might like it. I prefer the first gen with the Euro mag release though.
They don't have all the Lego toys like Glock has, but I personally don't think they need them.

All P99s have a paddle mag release.

PPQs have paddle then button.

Paddle is far superior for me.

Brain farther, forgot PPQ made the switch.
The paddle is so much smoother and faster. I couldn't find a PPS that didn't come with an outrageous price so now I have to accustom myself to a button again with my Shield.
