Stabilizing braces are completely legal, as they have been. However, you may no longer attach them to any firearm, nor may you posess any firearm to which one could be attached. You may not posess a stabilizing brace. They're still completely legal, but you just can't have one. Also, you're a class D felon just for wanting one. In fact, just go turn yourself in to the nearest federal penitentiary and save us the trouble of coming to get you. Your dog might live longer if you do.
Eliminate the ATF first.I was thinking about SBRing my Grendel anyway.
This will just save me $200.
In reality, the entire GCA and NFA should be repealed as unconstitutional. Then the ATF should be eliminated.
Yes you can but eventually the alphabet agency will get their panties in a bunch over that also. Give someone some rope and suddenly they become cowboysI never played with an AR pistol.
Why can't you just hold the buffer tube against your shoulder without the silly arm brace?
You don’t really need to at all. I’ve shot my buddys AR pistol 2 handed like I do my glocks, with my cheek resting against the buffer tube for a cheek weld, and one handed with a sling attached tight ala HK MP5K style. All three shooting styles did not require shouldering the pistol at all, and I was able to make fast accurate shots on target at 25 yards. Unless the AR pistol is in a large bore caliber (450, 458 or 50 ) you are just fine.I never played with an AR pistol.

One could and it is very doable. This new "regulation" however also makes mention of shoulder-able surface area, which of course is not defined. The bare buffer tube could fall into that category. Who knows?I never played with an AR pistol.

They're going to have to put sharp points on pistol length buffer tubes to keep them legal soon LOL.One could and it is very doable. There's going to be some that will get caught up and have a world of hurt over this
At least there will be plenty of ammunition for GOA to sue the ATF out of existence. There's going to be some that will get caught up and have a world of hurt over this
