The first-arriving officers advised that a woman had sustained two gunshot wounds to the chest and requested the ambulance to stage away from the scene until it was safe to approach.

EMS personnel from the Roosevelt Fire Department were cleared to approach and were last reported to be treating the female patient with CPR being performed."

to late for CPR ...

The first-arriving officers ... ( has a "s" ) more then one ... should have been doing that CPR ..
