The video, which begins without audio, showed McClintock approaching the female from the driver’s side as she drew her pistol.


McClintock immediately tried wresting it from her, the barrel pointed straight into his gut for several moments.
McClintock snatched it from her hand as she rolled onto the street.

Jesus Christ. Sure it would have likely malfunctioned after, but she had a clear center mass shot when wrestling which would have been justified. She will probably get a medal for heroism after this ordeal.

I watched a video where a cop couldn't get out of his car quickly enough (sort of like this video). So to create space, he quickly reversed his vehicle while taking gunfire.

The perp quickly got back into his car and started chasing the cop, who was retreating in his vehicle, and the pursuit was on. The perp's car pursuing the cop car.

Since then, the cop is known in his department as Wrong Way Ronnie.
Not really, I made that last part up.

Anyway, it was weird watching a perp's car pursuing a cop car.
The perp ended up with a bunch of holes in him, and the cop made it out of that situation okay.

I've heard Donut Operator talk about how cops really do not want to be trapped in their car by an attacker. It obviously puts them in a bad situation. There's a term for it, but I don't remember the term. I think it's called "coffin - something or another."

Police on the street need to have strict physical standards, women should be on call for when a female perp is involved. Same goes for fire, ems, infantry, etc..

Physical standards should be maintained throughout service. Sure, as we get older we lose some physicality, but we gain experience. You cant be a slob that cant run, or get out of your own way.

Stupid all the way around, allowed him to get so close, basically handed her gun to him, didn't shoot him at point blank when he grabbed the gun, never tried for any other weapon like taser spray or a baton, just started crying "please don't shoot me". She should never have been a cop and I hope quits!

There's this woman working for the local Sheriff's department as a patrol cop, I'm friends with two of her family members. There were two occasions when she stopped in to visit her brother while I was there at his place. I couldn't help but notice how small she was. She also seemed at the time anyway to be a very passive sort of person.

One day as I'm driving down the road, I notice she has a guy I know pulled over and out of his truck. I know this guy, he's frickin big with a bad attitude and has previously shown he will fight the cops. Or anyone else, for that matter.

A cop getting back-up around here during bad weather can take up to 20 or even sometimes 30 minutes to arrive. I know that because the sheriff himself is the one who said it.

What I'm saying is, woman patrol cops is a really BAD IDEA.
So much so, I'm surprised it's even a thing.



EDIT - On a sort of side note, I later asked the guy who was pulled over by the female deputy what that was all about. One thing he made clear is that he isn't about to be ordered around by (in his words) a fucking woman. It's just how he is.
So that's a factor too. IMO.

I think most men by human nature quickly get irritated when being bitched at by a woman.
Therefore, the escalation thing starts quicker when dealing with female cops. IMO
I think that sort of makes sense. YMMV.

The police need the same arms used in 1780. Right?

Right here shows why most females should not be in positions of power; they run on emotions and cannot shift into kill mode when needed. Couldn't even shut the car door to save herself. Didn't run to the other cop car and get a rifle from the trunk or get in the car to move it (the other cop car, shooter) to support her fellow officer.

While I’m glad everyone descent survived this I hope this wakes this women up and she now knows she can not take a life and finds a new profession because of not she is a liability to herself, the public, and other officers. She had no where to go but she also had no way to miss shooting the man center mass/in the gut. She should have emptied her mag into his body long before he took her gun. She had numerous opportunities to do so. That was painful to watch.

If I were a female, especially a small one. I'm sure that my common sense, or call it my natural will to live, would preclude me from being a patrol cop.
