I'd say it was a justified shooting if he grabbed the gun but it won't matter. I see a white arm, so it'll just be another white cop shoots black man reason to riot.

The article lacks so many details. It says that they see a man walking after a robbery but nothing about a matching description. Maybe it was him but maybe not. If he's just walking by they have no right to try and arrest him. That having been said, it's pretty stupid to grab a cops gun even if you're innocent. Just let them take you and then go after them in court later if you're innocent.

Police were investigating a possible theft from a local store when they spotted a man nearby walking on Lincoln Avenue near North Avenue.

He resisted while being placed under arrest and was shot when he grabbed the gun in an attempt to remove it from the officer’s holster.
