I got to the Oneida county office building at 3:15 yesterday in hopes of adding my new sw22 but deputy who met me at the door said they close at 1 now. Albany fingerprint processing is currently shut down due to ppl out due to covid. I'll call Monday to try to verify their hours but deputies said they are only doing adds/removals now for the time being.
