It would not surprise me if he did buy something like this,- I don’t think that dweeb could have carried a regular (and heavy) extension ladder. The first time I saw one of these, a home inspector showed up at the home I was selling,- he pulled it out of his small car back seat, extended it, and was up on my roof in a flash.FWIW I'm just throwing this out there...

For sure its not 5' and I would have been amused to see that on the Sonata if thats how it got there.
What was the plan if the breezeway connecting thing wasnt there? That ladder would have been too short to get on the main roof.
It makes me think that it was either there and the business used it for access, or it was placed there. I dont see this dweeb carrying that ladder through a fairgrounds.
