Just how long would you expect BATFE to call the manufacturer on a Sunday, have them pull their distribution records, identify and then call that wholesaler and have them pull their records identifying the Dealer that received it, and for that Dealer to dig through his Bound Book and 4473's? Couple hours? Really? Having done traces requested by ATF, I can tell you unless ALL the Stars are in alignment, it ain't happening in that short a time frame, especially on a Sunday Evening.

Well if I were a Cop and investigating, I would be running License Plates of vehicles in the area and checking them against Drivers Licenses...it was reported that he was identified by DNA, but unless the SS or whoever was actually assigned has some Alien grade technology, I find it hard to believe a positive match (against who's sample) was made in under a couple hours.

No photos, descriptions, witnesses say crook had a ladder, gun or back pack until he was on the roof. So what are the chances the ladder packpack and weapon were left in the bushes by the ladder for him? NOBODY SAW HIM WITH A GUN OR BACKPACK. until he was on the roof . because they came through a magic portal . or maybe he was hiding the backpack under his shirt.

They claimed DNA because they stated he had no id on him, but as stated, against what match, so i call bs on the dna identification.
It was stated in the hearing today he was identified by the serial numbers off the rifle, and the only way they are doing that is with an illegal database (given the time frame they got the info).

When a PA Dealer processes a 4473, the NICS Center is only advised "Long Gun, Handgun. or Framer/other" and doesn't allow or compel the Dealer to disclose other information. (States like NY do have make, model, serial number requirements for their own databases)
ATF requires an "Emergency Phone Number" with their FFL Applications, and unless that Rifle or Receiver came directly from the Manufacturer (unlikely) the Feds would have to call that number, reach the person, then they would have to search Computer or Written records to see who they shipped it to, which in probability would be a wholesaler/distributor, and they would have to go through the same process to see who they sold it to and I'd expect that to be a Licensed Dealer, who then would have to be contacted with the date it was sold to them along with the specifics (make, model, serial number) and that Dealer would have to research their Records, which MIGHT be Computerized, still if everyone was working on a Business Day and ALL their records were Computerized and able to query would take a hell of a lot longer than a couple hours.
Let's not forget, the Feds said it was his Fathers Rifle that he took without permission.

EDITED TO ADD: There IS one thing I overlooked and was pointed out in the bearingarms.com Story: If the Dealer was no longer in Business, his Records would have been collected by a BATFE Agent and they would be scanned and digitized which would allow for a quick query, and possibly the scanned records might have been accessed to give them the Name of the original Purchaser or subsequent IF they did the Transfer through a defunct FFL.

Update: They did have a drone at the Trump assassination operation site in Pennsylvania last Saturday. They are trying to call it a UFO. The conspirators won’t admit it’s a government drone because Congress and the public will demand to see the video!! It was a surveillance drone!!
