Recall on some Rossi revolvers

I am not sure where this belongs to be posted. Some Rossi's have the same problem the old Ruger 3 screw Blackhawks had. They my go boom when dropped. According to the article Rossi is going to fix the problem and give a $50 inconvenience fee.
