My question is “when does someones opinion become fact?
Simple answer? When it makes easier to strip your 2nd amendment rights and remove your firearm.

Its disgusting stuff. People need to be careful filing these things because their need for one may increase with actually filing one and stripping someone of their rights. I could see some people retaliating against someone for doing this, especially if its baseless and done vindictively.

What a horrid time we live in.
Luckily I dont deal with any school officials and my family is very cool and would never do this.
Also, our local Supreme court judge is also our very, very pro 2a pistol permit issuing judge. He would need some extreme examples of a danger to issue one of these.
Hell, I know a guy who just got an aggravated DWI and the judge didnt pull his permit. If you are federally able to own a gun, he will not revoke the permit. The dude just went and picked up his gun from the NYSP.....the gun he was carrying when he got the DWI.
Sometimes living in a small community is weird.....you know everyones business.
