Reloading manuals

I'm looking to buy another reloading manual and from what I gather the Sierra manual sixth edition seems to be the most comprehensive. Like everything else, right now everyone is out of stock, damn! Does anyone have one of these or recommendations for an even better manual with latest calibers and data?

My go-to is still Hodgdon online and my hard copy Hornady 9th edition manual.
I also bought the Hornady app that has the 11th edition manual.

98% of the time I can find what I need from one of those.

Don't you just fill the cases to the top with powder and stick the bullet in? How hard can reloading be?

Hornady Reloading Manual is comparable to Sierra, but each lists only their own bullets.

Lee has some of the best "how-to" sections. It describes making tools that work, no frills, on the cheap. I thoroughly enjoyed that. Lots of data too.

My go-to starting book is Lyman 49th. They are on 50 now I believe.

What books do you already have ? Need to know that before anythin else can be suggested. What powders do you regularly use ? What bullets do you regularly use ? Every powder manufacturer has books or data online, most of which are free.

@Robin .. just seen the other night at work at the truck stop there is a magazine in the rack for Hodgdon reloading info ..

i get all the gun stuff mags for free .. just have to wait till they expire and pull them to the trash can ..

i'll get photo of it and post .. but i sure its this one from there store ..

I have that one Acer, and regularly print out Hodgden data from the web, I also have the Nosler book, which I think is pretty lacking.
I use mostly Hornady and Sierra bullets and yes I understand that the publishers of these manuals give data, for the most part, pimping products of their own manufacture and those of associated companies within their group.
For rifles I use only two different powders, CFE223 and Varget, I have tried others, these give me the best results so those are the only ones I keep stocked up on. Mostly I am loading .224, and right now bullets are hard to come by. I have a good amount of Sierra Game King 65gr. SPBT now, I do have some Hornady 75gr. ELD-M, not many.
Pistol reloading, is mostly what I did years ago and am pretty well set in that department, It is the rifle loading where I am always pursuing the ultimate accuracy. A good thorough manual can save time, money, and offer valuable insights toward that goal.

I have Lyman 49, Is 50 much different ? The New Clibers are harder to find data on. Like 6.8, 450 BM et al.

I use the Hodgdon website, the Reloading Assistant app, the Hornady app (nice because you can buy load data ala carte for any caliber you actually load for), and Loaddata.com which features data from Handloader magazine. Those are my data sources, but I also have "The Beginner's Guide to Reloading Ammunition" as a reference for techniques.

i think i got the 50th ed .. and a week later took it to the FFL Lady here who also makes re man ammo where she works ..

I haven't seen the book since LOL .
