So much could change. The walls are closing on Trump. He’s gonna be severely wounded by the election if not convicted. His resilience may lessen. Biden may be taken out by the party at any moment. RFKjr is as much an outsider as Trump. The DNC establishment is doing to him just what RNC never-Trumpers did to Trump. But it all pales in comparison to what they are all doing to Trump now.

They don't want to legitimize a primary challenge to an incumbent that is seen as feeble and weak. Many would drop joe because of his age alone. They can't afford to fracture their core support. Nor do they want a challenger that may serve as a repudiation to the agenda that they have furthered through joe.

Newsom is a continuation of that agenda and they really don't want that fully vetted through a primary because they have a growing perception problem. They implemented the steal through blind hatred of Trump alone, but people's perceptions (economy, inflation, war, corruption) are tempering that hatred. At some point people prioritize putting groceries on the table. There's a lot of voter remorse.

So, they are advancing a soft campaign for Newsom to serve as a substitute for joe. Why else is DeSantis going to debate him? Why is he legitimizing him and giving him a stage as part of his own primary campaign? When does that ever happen? The only reason I see for him doing this is getting a cheerleading bump by taking on a dem directly, BUT he is still providing GN access to a national stage. Maybe RDS is reading the tea leaves here expecting GN to be the dem candidate, but it won't do him much good if joe isn't replaced before the primaries. OR again think Uniparty.

In the end RFKjr is a supplement to another steal in the event Trump is the candidate.

What remains to be seen is what happens to the black vote when kamala is denied any heir apparent status.

I am having real issues with the whole primary process. Both Trump and Biden refuse to debate any one. I guess policy debates and testing one's skills in an arena is useless? So the primary is basically being decided by polls? We are being told it is a Biden/Trump rematch whether we like to or not.? While RFK was shut out altogether from the DNC, Trump is essentially being corronated by the RNC. On top of it all- most Americans polled DONT WANT TRUMP OR BIDEN! I will bet all my money that Biden and Trump will not even debate each other. So what is this telling us?

Debates used to matter when we actually had to use our minds to hear policy differences and see the character and composure of people on a debate stage. That doesn't matter anymore. It's all emotion. The party leaders and pundits will choose our candidates for us and we don't need to hear policy debates. We are too dumb for that.

Biden V Trump 2.0 is a joke. We as a nation should be able to do better. And unfortunately we can't. I will vote for RFK out of defiance to the system manipulating the outcome of who can run for president. And I think there are may voters like me who will agree. I despise the DNC for their authoritarian marxist regime that wants to control society and ignore the constitution, and I am sick of the RNC and the cult of personality of Donald Trump. Sick of hearing about "loyalty to Trump" all the time too. Who the hell is Trump? Tony Soprano? I am loyal to NO ONE BUT GOD, FAMILY AND THE CONSTITUTION.
