Well SCOTUS allowed waiting periods as long as the intent of the state that puts them into law isn't to infringe upon 2A. Ridiculous if you ask me because no guidance was provided by SCOTUS. So one state can do 3 days, another 24 and NY 10 days. This is just the start. It will be pushed to months if not years.
