SEC’s Indictment of FTX’s Bankman-Fried Released – Any Mention of the AMOUNT of Donations from FTX to Politicians is Omitted – (Attached)​

The auditors of FTX appear to have some real big problems. National accounting firms Armanino and Prager Metis failed to document the FTX multi-billion loans to Alameda in the audited financial statements. Also, missed related party transactions with FTX Executives. Massive audit failure.
Also, according to Bishop, Bankman-Fried committed perjury in testifying to Congress that FTX had a risk engine that mitigated client exposure. Will he get charged with lying to Congress like Roger Stone and others?
What is not in the SEC’s filing is the mention that SBF’s former girlfriend was the CEO of Alameda, Caroline Ellison. Her father worked alongside SEC Chairman Gary Gensler at MIT for a period of time.

The filing also doesn’t mention SBF’s parents who are attorneys at Stanford University and any connections they have with the operation.
Most glaring is the omission of the amount of donations by FTX to corrupt politicians. We still have no idea how much money went to corrupt US politicians through FTX using cryptocurrencies.

And all the paper tigers in congress breathe a collective sigh of relief.

Funny how & when they choose to exercise their power. Now it's all just "gee, too bad we're not going to be able to ask questions..." as the DOJ runs cover.

I've always said challenge the Gov on something they all care about - like their money and power - and see just how quickly the uni-party comes together against the people.

Corrupt bastards.

But it pisses me off though. I wanted to hear SBF's testimony. But it probably would have gone all herp derp like it usually does... You know what I mean, the usual, "I don't recall" - "I don't have the answer to that, I'll have to get back to you" - "blah blah blah."

Washington could not afford him opening his mouth anywhere. . It is a bit like having a week long bachelor party with high priced hookers attending. No one talks about it ever.... Billions are lost and the money went someplace .... Everyone in Washington (both parties ) benefited
Look what we already know. .. Professional folks looked at the books ... (quickbooks ) and never raised a red flag... Folks got paid off big time .

Yup! Congressional testimony gets put on hold or maybe even cancelled. He will not get into the US until February and by that time all sorts of cover up and fixing will be done to protect those who should be exposed.
His arrest was not by accident and is not beneficial to exposing the rats.

And it'll always be that way until Congressional water-boardings become a thing.

I think I could almost be ok with that in cases of treason or corruption.

So let me get this straight. SBF was supposed to testify to Congress and be questioned about his actions with FTX. Now that he's formally arrested, his attorneys, I mean parents, can advise him to shut up completely. Never to speak publicly about his doings. It's now the prosecutors job to present damning evidence to convict him. Witnesses can testify, but because of the 5th Amendment he never has to say one word in court or publicly about it.

If he wasn't arrested he could be subpoenaed to testify.

Do I have this painted accurately? Or am I missing something?

SBF can't be allowed to testify and won't be around long enough to testify in the future.

That's why they had him arrested when they did.
