A second resident said “I heard the shots and immediately ran to get my children to put them on the floor. It’s getting really bad around here and the management office isn’t doing anything.”

Poster child for complete idiocy? What the hell is the "management office" supposed to do about gunfire? News flash you moron - they can't get a concealed carry permit in this Communist State either - and if they did and opened fire they'd be prosecuted as a dangerous vigilante criminal and be thrown in prison for years while the actual shooters (if caught) would get off with a hand slap and a massive counter law suit.
