exactly this! couldn’t agree with you more.I agree that all business should be free to decide who and who they won't do business with. The only aspect I would like to know more is does this give the right to business to refuse service to Blacks, Catholics, Native Americans, Jews, etc? I would not be comfortable with that personally. I do think any business that turns down business is probably foolish. Everyone's money is green. I accept anyone's money including liberals although I don't see many of those in my archery shop where there is a sign posted on the door that concealed weapons are very welcome in my shop. lol

there is a big difference between lifesaving* care, and designing a website. its not even apples and oranges, more like grapes and watermelons. Banks already have very strict rules for loaning money, or even banking in general. That sounds reasonable. What about emergency room care in a life and death situation? Can a Dr. refuse to treat a man married to a man if he or she has religious beliefs that disagree? Or a bank for a home loan? Many questions to be answered.
Doctors take an oath as part of their employment. They've voluntarily waived that aspect for employment. A Jewish ER doc can't refuse care to a patient having a heart attack because there's a swastika tattooed to his forearm anymore than a Christian doc refuse care to a guy man. Same with the banks. That sounds reasonable. What about emergency room care in a life and death situation? Urgent care facilities reject such patients every stinking day, for the simple reason of it being an "emergency".That sounds reasonable. What about emergency room care in a life and death situation?
A court, even SCOTUS doesn't investigate, they are provided information that is supposed to be facts and base a ruling on that.Regardless of your opinion on the outcome, I find it very troubling that this wasn’t caught sooner. Surely the Supreme Court should be doing the bare minimum of research?

I think forcing anyone to do business against their will is slavery.I agree that all business should be free to decide who and who they won't do business with.
