Yet another weaselly wishy washy opinion by Roberts Court that absolutely sidestepped the actual question that NEEDS to be answered:

Going forward, district courts will only be able to apply their judgments beyond the areas of their jurisdiction if the plaintiffs can file their complaints in the form of a class action, demonstrating common injuries.
The decision in Trump v. Casa vindicated the Department of Justice (DOJ) strategy of arguing against the idea of nationwide injunctions, rather than addressing the underlying substantive issue in the case — namely, the dispute over whether the Fourteenth Amendment to the Constitution guarantees citizenship upon birth. Conservatives argue that “birthright citizenship” is abused by illegal migrants to make their children into U.S. citizens, who can later sponsor the legal immigration of the rest of their families. They also argue that no other nation has birthright citizenship, and that the Fourteenth Amendment did not intend to create it.

Because the conservative judges have more integrity and don't generally exceed their authority.
And that's actually a problem, because we won't put an end to that until the left feels the pain too.
So conservative justices *should* say "well, if they're going to do this, so should we until they demand we stop everyone".
The birthright issue was severed, and will be heard this fall in the next Court term.
It is likely to be ruled as an 1869 issue, not a present day problem.
In the meanwhile, deportations of these anchor babies and fams, will continue.
Class action lawsuits will be filed by next week, attempting to outrun the SCOTUS decision, ON ANY INJUNCTION AND TOPIC, that was already issued............ but any new injunctions will likely be turned away by Bondi...LETTEM SUE.
An anchor baby born here, can now sue individually, trying to get citizenship, but it will be delayed by the pending SCOTUS decision..................but Hochul will pay for such lawsuits with our money.
