This is getting weird.
I don't understand it. To me, this case seems like it should be a no brainer to be taken up by SCOTUS, - unless they do not have 5 votes in favor of it. So, with each delay, I think that is the case. And IF it is, can they delay taking it until either Ginsburg croaks, and / or Kennedy retires, and President Trump gets a conservative replacement confirmed?
