There used to be a few peace officer organizations like society to prevent child abuse or animal abuse— I don’t remember exactly. It was in the CPL that members were given peace officer status and joined just for gun privileges. They have since shut down that loopholeI tried this. My local PD has a doctor deputized as a swat member and I tried to have my dad see if they would deputize me as well. The doctor just does it because he’s a thrill seeker I just want real guns.
