“While not yet conclusive there is some indication that this incident is related to the shots fired call from December 2, 2022 nearby at 2nd and Prison Alley,” Police Chief L. Edward Moore said. He said he is coordinating a response with the State Police and Sheriff Krapf.

“We will bring all resources to bear to locate the individual(s) responsible for this recent brazen behavior,” he said."

and then we have to release them per NYS laws and hope they show up for there Court punishment ..
