It HAD to be the weather. No established business would EVER move just because regulations and taxes are opressive and the political leaders demonize them at every turn.

Meh, this is just a consolidation of its distribution warehouses. They will be closing the one in Florida and Oregon and moving All distribution to this new facility in the very near future. This has
actually been planned for some time now. The manufacturing plant, R & D , engineering, sales & marketing, finance & management will remain in Springfield Mass.
