This was always inevitable: we would find some utterly mediocre male who begins to dominate against women and eventually forces the hand of the governing body. And it's always a transwoman beating women--never the other way around, for obvious reasons. Their response is still wrong. They want an open category. Not only will it have vanishingly small participation but as with men vs women it will be dominated by trans women (biological men).
Therefore, we realize the proper response is to have two new categories: trans women and trans men, so that they can compete.
Then we realize how utterly stupid it all is, which brings us back to the original solution proposed which is that people must compete as their birth biology and, for those this does not work for (for whatever reason), quite simply they cannot compete in sport. We cannot make an allowance for everybody to compete no matter what.

Sports should be biological women in one league, and everyone else in the other. That's the only way to be fair.
If you grew up soaked in estrogen not testosterone you get your own handicapped league. Everyone else gets the open league.
Neither am I.
I am, however, against public displays of insanity for which trophies are sometimes awarded.
