Sources: FBI's Clinton Foundation investigation will 'likely lead to an indictment'

Both Fox News and the Wall Street Journal are reporting new information surrounding the FBI investigation into the Clinton Foundation, with sources saying the case will likely lead to an indictment.

New details surfaced Thursday, when Fox News host Bret Baier revealed new information from two separate sources with "intimate knowledge" of the case. Additionally, a new Wall Street Journal report says FBI director James Comey's pursuit of the case is based on recordings of a suspect in a separate corruption case who spoke about the Clinton Foundation's dealings.

The Journal reports that despite views from Department of Justice prosecutors who say the recordings as hearsay, the FBI moved forward believing these recorded conversations gave enough evidence to continue the probe.

As far as a pardon, U.S. Constitution Article II, Section 2 states:

The President shall be Commander in Chief of the Army and Navy of the United States, and of the Militia of the several States, when called into the actual Service of the United States; he may require the Opinion, in writing, of the principal Officer in each of the executive Departments, upon any Subject relating to the Duties of their respective Offices, and he shall have Power to grant Reprieves and Pardons for Offenses against the United States, except in Cases of Impeachment.​

So, it is good to know that she cannot be given a blanket pardon that protects her from impeachment. But, what about if the Clinton Foundation, and Hillary, are found to have participated in pay-for-play or other criminal acts under the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) Act? What about treason if her intentionally commissioned servers are shown to have been hacked and information from them is in the hands of our national enemies? If she is president, she can legally pardon herself. That would, to normal people, invalidate her ability to govern. But, to hard-core Leftist Progressives, it'll mean nothing.

With HRC's election and installment as President, we will see that the United States of America is too sick to survive.

Comey whiffed on the no "INTENT" declaration, creating a major new paradigm in Law Enforcement... Clearly a mistake. Any new info., any new crumb of credible evidence of wrong doing, let alone anything certifiable, would lead to reopening the case to make the wrong, right. Bigges tell of it all is the Dems reaction and even Barack Hussein Obama's who so blatantly and disgustingly tried to steer things by declaring there's incomplete information? Really? How would he know? And if he seen any evidence that would be sure a serious ridiculous stretch of Xecutijve powers it isn't funny.
