Special election for state senate in westchester today

Hi all, there is a special election in Westchester today to fill Latimer’s spot in the state senate. If democrats win this one and another in the Bronx they will have a numerical, majority in the senate.

There are also other local elections throughout the state.

Get out today and exercise another importan right you have as a US citizen whoever you decide to vote for.

EDIT: this is only a specific district, but if you re in it, please vote.

Apparently, I'm in district 35 and the district in play is 37. These districts are so gerrymandered that my portion of district 35 is only a few blocks wide where I live. District 37 runs on both sides of my neighborhood.

My state senator and house rep are both nutty Leftist Liberals.

Good luck in district 37. Though, not much hope on any republican winning that district.

I know, its crazy. I’m not a fan of either candidate, but we dont need more democrats in the state. We are well represented in that regard.

However as pro 2A people in NY, we should have enough votes on statewide elections to make a difference - IF WE ALL GET OUT AND VOTE. I’ll be pretty vocal about that here when the governors race comes up.
