Spring Valley dumb ass charged with forgery, weapon possession

NYACK – A Spring Valley man, who was driving eastbound in the westbound lanes of Route 59 in Nyack early last Friday morning, has been arrested on a number of charges.

Orangetown Police stopped the car driven by Anthony Middleton, 32, at 2:38 in the morning. A computer check found he driving privileges had been suspended 10 times on seven dates.

During a search of his vehicle, police found a 12-gauge shotgun in the trunk. Due to a prior felony conviction possessing the weapon was illegal.

Curious what the felony was for. And why no license?

I don't know. But if I was ever arrested for a felony, after I served my time, I would have to carry without a license if I wanted to protect myself.
