I was half joking with the rep about free samples. He sent me a pair.
First impression is they are heavy for a composite toe shoe. But since they are CSA compliant, they also have a sole shank as well. He didn't say anything about waterproof but the literature seems to say they are. I'll wear them next week when I go to GA and SC.

Finished a budget project. Took my Ruger American ranch Gen 1 in 5.56 and added a Magpul hunter stock with Stanag magwell, glades armory 2” knurled bolt handle, added BCM flash hider, vortex rings to go with the vortex 4-12x scope and then smoothed out the action by coating the bolt in bore paste and then cycling the action a couple hundred times. All in all very happy with how it turned out.

just waiting for holosun to deliver the correct exact screws for free to direct mount without plate and cowitness in my Wilson tuned p365 and of course had to get new pocket locker wiht optic cut and the newer model has screw to adjust retention and I added the curve bottom and thumb ext for withdrawing easier and less printing for those summer days to throw in my shorts carbon fiber look price of optic new I think good
