nah, whoever really owned it gave it to the kid who would have either gotten away or if caught have still gotten away with nothing more than probation and a sealed record...happens all the time.

if your 14 to 20 and have a pistol .. always ride with a NRA instructor and your on your way to the range .. then your legal .. no fkin permit needed ..
