State Police arrest Middleburgh man who recklessly discharged firearms

On October 11, 2024, State Police of Princetown arrested Jeremiah J. Gagne, 36, of Middleburgh, NY, for Reckless Endangerment in t

Further investigation revealed that Gagne was illegally in possession of six firearms as he had previous felony convictions.
All firearms were seized. We are currently working with our State Senators on another Gun law that Mr. Gagne will obey
and we are hoping the Governor will sign it as soon as possible.
