Syracuse is a crap city with nothing to do but sell drugs and shoot/stab each other. You should see the hospitals when the weather gets nicer. The police force is leaving in droves also. If I recall correctly, about 1/3 of the force in the last year or so due to retirements, transfers, quitting etc. The solution? Build a friggen aquarium next to a dilapidated mall! Tear down 81! Bicycle lanes in the streets! Don't bother trying to address the elephant in the room and try to reverse the moral decline by encouraging nuclear families, real, actual respect for others, doing whatever is possible to bring in manufactures to boost the economy and provide good jobs. I've watched the rapid decline of that city for almost 20 years in person, and have heard of its decline over the decades from my grandparents and great grandparents that remember when it was a nice place to live. Its sad, depressing, and angering. / Partial rant.
