Interesting, do you think you could red flag someone so they cant drive a car? Not that easy and that's a privilege. red flag laws are load of BS and should be shot down by the courts.

It boggles the mind that the Government/anyone can declare a person a danger to society, and a danger to themselves, come and take the dangerous persons guns, yet LEAVE that same dangerous person at home, unsupervised

First off the metal adjudication stuff is already on the books the court system just fails to use it. It happened to me personally.
A guy at my old job said he was going to bring a gun in and kill us all. He was legit nuts. Police and FBI were called by the company. The company hired a private detective to follow him around for 3 weeks to make sure he wasn’t coming back to work.
He had a court date and he no showed for the court date. The judge dismissed the case no warrant no nothing. We were all shocked beyond belief. He’s nuts, a stick, and a horrible pain pill addict. Literally believes all gov conspiracies, 57 different species of aliens, gov is working with aliens, Bigfoot, giant pigs whole 9 yards. He has not friends pushed his entire family away and speaks to no one. We all know he has guns because he said he did. Why would this case be thrown out?
