If you use the latest generation of wifi router, they have all the details about that also. If you made an account to setup your router, you gave them all the details.
Try it the old way to use your browser on a PC with an ethernet connection and log into the router IP with a browser with its setup GUI and reset the data.
There could even be a setting to turn off to end this remote management by the manufacturer.
