Dutch customers were in Rochester about 4 years ago looking at military grade communications equipment, they had a mix of US type one gear mixed with international grade which did not make sense and they had some kind of relationship with police forces. They visit in civilian clothes and say little about who and what. Keep in mind, all of NATO, bonafide uniformed forces uses US radio gear for interoperability so these police forces were opting for their own path and needs, now connects the dots of getting ready for something big in the future. Covid put a damper of progression here with all their no travel. I think work shifted to the UK office and no one knows, militarization of police forces was occurring that will be needed to beat up on the farmers.
